چکیده: Abstract: The advancement of technology and the use of various electrical equipment has increased the demand for electricity consumption. In order to meet this amount of demand, it is necessary to have many power plants in operation. According to its commitment to the customers, the distribution company must be able to provide all the items requested by the customers. For this purpose, it is necessary to manage existing loads in order to reduce costs, increase reliability, etc. on the demand side. For this, you can use demand side management programs (DSM). These programs help the distribution company and users to achieve other goals such as preserving the environment, increasing the reliability of the network, etc. while reducing their consumption costs. Management programs can be implemented for different loads, including residential, commercial, industrial, or educational, but due to the daily progress of technology, changes in the load curve, and the variety of cases in the residential sector, the necessity of reviewing these programs in the residential sector can be clearly seen. . The basic point in examining these cases in the residential sector is the smartness of homes, which leads to a two-way communication between users and the distribution company, for instant access to consumption data. So, by having the consumption data, it is possible to plan how the subscribers consume. But in the meantime, only paying attention to the interests of the distribution company or reducing the cost of subscribers is not enough. Therefore, for this purpose, it is necessary to raise and examine the concept of customer satisfaction. For this purpose, while defining the appropriate index for satisfaction, data related to satisfaction should be received from users and included in the existing calculations. In this research, in addition to paying attention to economic issues, paying attention to the demand side and consumer satisfaction has also been observed in the calculations
