چکیده: Abstract: In this research, a sustainable solution for allocating public fast charging stations and distributed solar production with battery energy storage and scheduling is proposed. The objective functions are minimization of energy loss, voltage deviation index and investment as well as reduction of operating and maintenance costs of charging stations, distributed solar generators and storage system. In addition, related factors such as; The number of charging ports and charging station capacity are evaluated. Two-stage optimization is used to obtain the solutions. The first phase of optimization addresses charging station location, renewable generator locations, and storage system sizes and timing. In the second stage, the allocation of electric vehicles to suitable charging stations has been done considering the shortest distances and traffic congestion.A 33-bus radial distribution network with the corresponding traffic network has been used to simulate this research. The allocation problem is solved using the optimization algorithm of Shahin Harris and Gray Wolf, and four other optimization techniques are used to confirm the validity of the solutions. The problem of assigning electric vehicles to charging stations is solved by integer linear programming. In order to solve the problem of uncertainties related to electric cars, traffic flow and production of renewable generators, the two-meter point estimation method is used
